DISCLAIMER.

- If showing interest in hiring me for your private commissions, I strongly advise in reading through my Terms of Service in order to better understand the contract between artist and client. Please note that in not doing so can end up with a refusal of your commission with not agreeing to these terms. If you are not comfortable with the terms set on this page and you are not willing to agree to the conditions set, you may not request a commission of any type.
- By purchasing my services (art/writing), you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary.
- Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work from @/Pavus/CVNNBL/CVNBL such as images, goods, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Any aspect of work by @/PAVUS/CVNNBL/CVNBL may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so is in violation of terms against alteration and external non private use of assets created for patrons.

Information from this point forward begins the Terms of Service for Commissions and will be considered as a dense read. Thank you for understanding.

GENERAL TERMS

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- I have the right to reject and refuse and commission request without giving a reason.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- References are needed! Even if vague. Please refer to "experimental pieces" below for the template and instructions if there are no pieces for your character. Please keep in mind that experimental/design pieces are more time consuming and expensive to figure out details. More details will be communicated with the client.
NOTE: AI REFERENCES WILL GRANT AN IMMEDIATE REJECTION.
- All artwork and writing is transferred digitally.

PAYMENTS & FEES

- You must be able to pay via invoicing. Invoices are used to protect against fraud and scams and ensures safe transaction.
- The payment will be initiated by the Artist to avoid accidental transactions. To initiate and obtain a slot, please use the email or discord listed below.
- Returning commissioners are allowed a 10% discount on their piece. If some time has passed, please remind me which piece it was.
- Payment will be accepted through Ko-Fi Commissions or Paypal directly. Once the commission has been accepted, an invoice via PayPal will be issued and due within 14 days of the issue. Once the invoice is paid, the commission will begin, if the invoice is ignored or unpaid, the commission will be cancelled. The artist will check in on you if there has not been a respond within 7 days of the invoice sent.
- Prices are subject to change based on requirement and complexity. Additional fees can be charged for excessive or major revisions especially in the last stages.
- Any payment is to be paid upfront.
- All payments are in USD
- NFT, BITCOIN, or CRYPTO will not be used as payment and is not allowed. You will be blocked from contact and blacklisted from any and all commission work from Pavus/CVNNBL.
- You may receive a full refund only if I have not been able to start on your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work has been done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork or writing has been completed.

PAYPAL.

- Please note that all sales are listed as "Digital Artwork," including all writing and it is the created artwork's "Interllectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
- Nothing is ever intended or insinuated that by me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
- All payments will be accepted only as USD via PayPal (or Ko-Fi, dependent on the location where the commission was purchased).

Chargebacks.

- You are NOT authroized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
- If for any reason there is any issue with PayPal or Ko-Fi, please contact me immediately with the issue at hand in order to resolve the issue.
- Please contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
- Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

KO-FI.

- Unlike how Pay-Pal allows the Artist to email the client, contact will be different. Artistic liberty will be implemented unless a message is left with the client's email. From there, the artist will contact the client and update them fully on all updates on the piece.

Additonal notes:
- there are a handfuls of certain media that I am not apart of due to a personal dislike. There are some I will happily take, if you do not mind me taking a bit more time in finding correct refs for those characters. Please ask and a conversation can be held in order to make sure that we can come to a conclusion on the piece.
- NSFW is currently refused in the concept of drawn art. Written NSFW is always offered. The client must be comfortable with sharing an image of their license to prove that they are over the age of 20 in order to obtain this. Please understand that this is done to protect both the creator and the client in terms of trading information. Thank you for understanding.

CLIENT TERMS.

- You, the Client, will be expected to first read the TOS to understand the information and prices given.
- You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it visibly credits and links back to me, the artist.
- You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your personal work.
- You are allowed to upload or host my work in a gallery that showcases the art with any other art commissioned/traded/gifted/etc.
- Unless otherwise discussed, please upload the watermarked file on public/social sites (ah/af/tumblr/twitter/bsky/etc)
- You are fully allowed to use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal website/profile displays, etc.
- You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the work as long as it is for your personal consumption. (ie. not for sale.)
- You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (ie. shirts, mugs, public flyers, posters, prints) unless otherwise discussed.
- You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without permission.
- You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork or re-write any written works in any way, including using the artwork as a "base" or any writing as a start or prompt.
- You are allowed to display any writing projects in the same manner that art can be shown.
- Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on any of my social platforms, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on a blacklist over harassment.
- By reading these terms and placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please take the time to read them carefully and consider.

ARTIST TERMS.

- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist or writer only.
- I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand. Locations of where pieces will be posted will be Tumblr, Bsky, or Neocities.
- I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
- I will not create work containing the following listed within "Will not DRAW". This does include writing projects. Please do follow up if there are questions that need to be clarified.
- I hold the right to deny any NSFW that may contain anything that brings discomfort to me. (Lolicon/Shotacon, Incest, certain kinks.)

Timeline and proces.

- Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum depending on the project and its complexity.
- Timeline also depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
- Artist will provide progress and updates white seeking client feedback voulentarily.
- Final deliverables are provided by the artist via Google Drive and will be deleted after 2 business weeks.
- Clients must first agree to delays and amendments to the timeline through standard communication channels. Clients have the right to request refunds 3 months after deadlines if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.

By commissioning me, Pavus/Cvnnbl, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted the terms described through this page. You will agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators of this will be added to a public blacklist indefinitely and without warning with any additional approprate actions taken.
